Keystone Solid Surfaces came to RyTech Media in search of obtaining high-ranking positions on Google for highly competitive terms and to completely redesign their website to fit their target audience while providing a mobile-friendly experience. Over the past 6-months, Keystone Solid Surfaces has been able to obtain top 5 rankings within Google for over 12 keywords relating to their industry.
Project summary
We worked with Keystone Solid Surfaces to map out competition and established high-traffic, competitive keywords. From there we built a custom, responsive website to provide Keystone Solid Surfaces with a visually intuitive and modern website for their visitors. Google Analytics and Hotjar were used in continuously improving the site flow and increase session duration and reduce bounce rates. After the site had been developed we began our search engine optimization. Most of Keystone Solid Surfaces keyword’s were limited to Google pages 5 or greater and had limited visibility. Organic search at the time was at 17% and bounce rates were at 82%. Our team worked to take over 90% of their keywords to the Top 5 positions within Google. This resulted in a 71% increase in traffic and brought over 65% of visits through an organic search channel. Of their keywords, 12 of these were brought to the Top 3 of Google – all from Google pages 5 or greater.
